Landscape Construction Estimating Manager
Quick Apply Full-time Full Job Description We are currently seeking to expand our team with an additional Estimating Manager.

We design with the intention of exceeding our clients' expectations for safety, quality, functionality, and aesthetics, and deliver finished products that stand the test of time.
Reviewing invitations to bid, construction drawings, and specifications for use in preparing proposal estimates and bids.
The Completion of material takeoffs for specific components of landscape construction projects including softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and general site development Production of comprehensive estimates, which include the cost of material, labor, equipment, subcontractor, etc.
, while adhering to bid requirements and submission deadlines Development and maintenance of resource information; including material catalogs and specification sheets, vendor information, equipment specifications, and subcontractor information Ongoing communication with Project Managers, clients and vendors regarding bid clarifications and plan changes Advising Senior Management of changes in the marketplace which affect bidding or negotiating Experience in Landscape Construction Estimation, or an equivalent of education and experience While not required, extensive knowledge of trees, shrubs, irrigation and hardscapes is helpful Knowledge of deciphering, construction plans, bid specifications, and other project documentation Ability to work with Excel spread sheets and utilize estimating software( we currently use timberline) Additional Ongoing Tasks Responsible for maintaining practices that increase the profitability and efficiency of bidding practices.
Make Changes and suggestions on how to increase efficiency and production of crews.
Any other assignment of task requested by Regional Manager.
