Project Coordinator

Since their inception over 25 years ago, they have successfully executed 200,000 installations across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast while serving leading companies in blue chip industries.
Compensation commensurate with experience, with a range of $55,000-$70,000.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and all other data/information related to the installation of Commercial/Industrial Overhead and Pedestrian doors and Loading Dock equipment Communication with clients to confirm and define project requirements, scope of work and progress Work with the Field Project Managers to determine the progress of projects Confirm materials are ordered and track arrival time Track and monitor labor hours, plans and expenditures Serve as the point of contact on project updates and follow up Work with the Field Project Managers as required Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business or related field of study desired Minimum of two years experience in related field Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills Ability to work effectively both independently and part of a team Competent in computer software such as Microsoft excel, word, power point and other project programs Work independently and make sound work decisions Company provides comprehensive benefits package which includes 401K with match, healthcare benefits with 100% company paid premiums for some plans, generous PTO, advancement opportunities, and more!
