Production Supervisor, 2nd / 3rd Shift

Conducting regular visual line checks to insure proper production;
Report information and variances to management;
Analyzing situations that arise outside of normal direct responsibility and make decisions how to proceed;
Personnel scheduling, dating, labeling, and packaging of production, and reviewing production paperwork;
Collecting and tracking production data.
EDUCATION: 4-year degree required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
3
years of experience in a food, beverage, pharmaceutical or CPG environment;
Supervisory experience in training, delegating functions, and developing employees;
Ability to think creatively, use deductive reasoning skills, and multi-task;
Experience with GMP, quality, and hygiene standards;
Ability to work on second or third shift.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
